Job Summary: The professional will monitor and control guidance issued by regulatory agencies, monitor food safety tools, and deliver training sessions related to the quality area. Key Highlights: 1. If you identify with our way of being, join us and grow with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and implement guidance issued by regulatory agencies’ documentation, internal procedures, and self-control programs. * Technically monitor and verify food safety tools used both in the production process and in meeting quality requirements. * Generate, update, and review data reports according to established needs and routines. * Deliver diverse practical or theoretical training sessions related to the quality area. * Monitor compliance with external market requirements through documentation and on-site analyses. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 2:12 PM to 12:30 AM **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or Technical education in Administration, Quality Engineering, Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields. * Availability to work night shifts. * Willingness to work onsite in São Sebastião do Oeste **Additional Information** * Meal allowance: BRL 800. * On-site cafeteria offering breakfast and lunch. * Health insurance plan. * Dental insurance plan. * Life insurance. * Gympass. * Short-Term Incentive (ICP). * Transportation allowance with 2% payroll deduction. * Partnerships with educational institutions for discounts on undergraduate and postgraduate courses. **CostaFoods Brasil: Minas Gerais Roots, Global Strength!** Founded in 1999 in the heart of Minas Gerais, in São Sebastião do Oeste, CostaFoods Brasil emerged from the simple yet fertile soil of the countryside, growing with the purpose of taking our Minas Gerais roots to inspire the world.
