Verify menu item availability and inform customers about possible substitutions. Inform customers of the estimated delivery time and ensure orders are delivered within the promised timeframe. Pack orders properly to guarantee they reach customers in perfect condition. Collect payments from customers and issue receipts, if required. Maintain accurate records of all transactions conducted during the shift. Resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly and efficiently. Keep the workspace clean and organized, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure high-quality service. Previous experience as a Delivery Person, Logistics Operator, Delivery Assistant, or Transportation Agent may indicate familiarity with some duties of this position. High school diploma completed.
