Shape and assemble items such as coxinhas, pastéis, risoles, and esfirras. Fry or bake products as required. Control the quality, taste, and presentation of savory snacks. Organize and sanitize utensils and equipment. Monitor ingredient expiration dates and storage conditions. Produce according to the bakery's demand. Assist in restocking products in the sales area. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, Pastry Assistant, or Food Production Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
