This role is ideal for communicative, organized, and proactive professionals who enjoy interacting with people and maintaining continuous client relationships. Main Responsibilities * Client service and relationship management with active clients; * Oversight of the customer journey in coordination with the firm; * Conducting follow-ups and maintaining continuous contact; * Encouraging referrals and generating new opportunities; * Recording and organizing information in the system; * Supporting administrative tasks related to clients. Requirements * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, proactive profile with relationship focus; * Proficiency in customer service; * Prior experience in customer service, CS, or commercial roles is a plus; * Law degree is not required. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in Customer Success or post-sales; * Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools; * Commercial mindset and results-oriented profile.
