Nortearh is a company specialized in human resources consulting and advisory services. It provides customized solutions for people management and organizational development. **Responsibilities:** Organize and execute recruitment and selection processes (profile alignment, screening, and interviews). Support restaurant services by monitoring quality and compliance with legislation. Support endomarketing initiatives and HR events. Follow norms and procedures of the quality management system. Perform other related tasks as directed by supervisors. Tasks relevant to the routine of a Junior Human Resources Analyst. On-site work in Pedro Leopoldo / MG. Previous experience as a Human Resources Assistant, Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Training Coordinator, or Human Resources Intern may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
