Then this **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive service measurement bulletins monthly, record the period, and forward them to the client’s tax department for verification and receipt authorization. * Issue service sales invoices based on measurement authorizations; request tax department parameterization; input service data; and forward for electronic tax file generation and delivery to the client. * Record all measurements and issued invoices to monitor billing per client. * Provide on-site employee support at client locations, including PPE distribution, pay slips, benefit cards, information dissemination, and clarification of questions—acting as the interface between HR/EHS and employees. * Compile and share equipment performance data for client sites via available communication channels. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) * Experience with administrative routines * Experience with document analysis * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Power BI experience preferred * Experience with service contracts preferred **Additional Information** We offer a competitive benefits package including: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Mental Health Assistance Plan \- Holos * Physical Health Assistance Plan \- Gympass * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Private Pension Plan * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * Individual Bonus (based on goals) * Vacation Bonus * Christmas Card * Transportation Voucher * Newborn Kit * Birthday Day Off * Discount partnerships with universities and language courses Sandvik values all forms of diversity and remains committed to ensuring fair and transparent hiring processes for all candidates.
