We seek professionals passionate about health, beauty, and results to join our team of specialists. **Location:** Londrina PR **Employment Type:** On-site \| CLT **Responsibilities:** * Perform aesthetic assessments and procedures according to clinic protocols; * Recommend treatments and sell packages during client consultations; * Support customer prospecting and regional brand strengthening. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science; * Postgraduate degree in Aesthetics; * Active registration with CRBM (Regional Council of Biomedical Sciences); * Experience in sales and public service. * Proficiency in facial and body injectable procedures. **Preferred Qualification:** * 35-day intensive training program at headquarters (including theory and practice \+ certification), fully provided by the company. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with 2-hour break); * Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1-hour break). **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary: R$ 3,724.00 * Performance-based commissions (average between R$ 4,000.00 and R$ 10,000.00) * Hazard pay allowance (20%) * Meal/voucher allowance: R$ 738.00 (no deductions) * Transportation allowance in cash * Discounts on aesthetic procedures * Partnerships with educational institutions **Grow with Our Clinic** Here, you’ll find infrastructure, recognition, and real opportunities for professional growth.
