This includes conducting negotiations, presenting commercial proposals, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer expectations are met—contributing to increased revenue and exporter satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** Maintaining a consistent cadence of commercial activities with potential customers; Conducting negotiation meetings with potential customers; Recording conversations and activities with potential customers in the CRM; Post-sales support for importing customers; Participating in domestic and international online and in-person trade fairs and business matchmaking events; Traveling to visit domestic and international customers; Conducting market research via platforms and other information sources; Receiving customers visiting our exporters; Attending meetings regarding the W.Brazil Trader Export Department; Participating in commercial training and other related activities. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields; Previous experience in commercial activities; Experience and knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Advanced English; Advanced Spanish; Availability to work onsite in Arapongas/PR from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, Monday through Friday. **Desirable:** Experience with CRM systems; Experience in International Trade. **Benefits:** Commission; Meal allowance of R$22.00 per working day; Co-payment health plan (Unimed) — monthly premium fully covered by the company; Tuition assistance program; Discount at partner gyms; Daily workplace gymnastics; Internal marketing initiatives and employee well-being programs.
