Proposal management and contract execution **Job Description:** ---------------------- We seek a Public Procurement Analyst with a strategic and commercial profile to comprehensively manage the public procurement participation cycle—from tender document analysis to contract execution and financial monitoring. Key responsibilities: Plan and execute participation in procurement processes, including technical site visits, tender document analysis, and strategy definition. Develop pricing structures, prepare documentation, and manage proposals. Coordinate sample submissions and monitor award announcements. Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and contract execution with public agencies. Control non-conformities, deadlines, and institutional relationships. Monitor payments and departmental performance indicators. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Law, Business Administration, Public Management, or related fields). Experience with public procurement (Law No. 14.133/2021). Experience in pricing and feasibility analysis.
