Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hospital building facilities, including repairs in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, metalwork, and painting, as well as transportation of goods. Work involving welding and building painting. **Brief description of duties:** * Perform general preventive and corrective maintenance, carrying out repairs and modifications to hospital building facilities, including carpentry, joinery, masonry alterations, ceramic and vinyl finishes, hydrosanitary installations, medical gas systems, metalwork services, oxyacetylene welding, and building painting—excluding electrical installations; * Transport movable goods and gas cylinders; * Install various items requiring wall mounting; * Perform cuts in masonry, flooring, and concrete using hand tools; * Install hardware for windows, doors, gates, grilles, and similar items—including latches, hinges, handles, pulleys, casters, and locks—making necessary adjustments and using either hand or power tools to complete assembly; * Assemble scaffolding, or assist in its assembly, when required. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in building maintenance; * Proficiency in using manual and power tools; * Knowledge of civil construction, building painting, electric welding, and oxyacetylene welding; **Working hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meals provided at the company, health insurance, dental insurance.
