We have **visionary leadership**, a **collaborative team**, and an **excellent organizational climate**. **On-site position – Rio de Janeiro** Join us and **\#BeHappy at Every Cybersecurity!** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage the delivery of large and complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risks. * Drive profitability and sustained success by managing service quality and cost, and by leading delivery. * Manage and monitor service activities to ensure service quality. * Participate in and/or lead meetings with clients. * Plan information security projects adopting industry best practices. * Make decisions involving project definitions and problem resolutions. * Manage adherence to schedule, cost, and quality of deliverables involving other company departments. * Identify, document, manage, and resolve issues that may arise related to the project(s). * Manage diverse expectations/conflicts in client and internal environments, establishing optimal cost-benefit outcomes for all stakeholders. * Monitor projects, prepare reports, and analyze profitability and productivity. * Identify opportunities for improvement in information security processes and products. * Use provided tools and platforms to execute tasks. * Ensure project success across all aspects—from planning, execution, monitoring, and control through to delivery. * Coordinate teams across multiple business areas (setting goals, motivating, correcting, facilitating, promoting team growth). * Manage contracts: renewals, costs and financial balance, capacity for use/delivery, vendors, SLAs. * Support, guide, and supervise the team in executing their tasks. * Interface with client managers. * Control schedules and ensure issuance of the client’s Project Management Methodology documents, as well as documentation associated with contractual services. * Propose improvements to processes and work methods. * Perform quality control of deliverables associated with services and respective products, within the scope of the contract. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Valid PMP certification is mandatory.** * **Experience in LGPD projects** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in technology. * Postgraduate degree in project management is desirable. * Proven experience managing short- and long-term IT consulting projects. * Knowledge of Information Security and GRC is desirable. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Microsoft Project. * ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701 knowledge is desirable. * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency is desirable. **Benefits** * Health Insurance \- Bradesco * Dental Insurance \- Bradesco * Birthday Day Off * Meal/Voucher Allowance (IFOOD Card) * Mobile Data Allowance * Wellhub * Transportation Benefit \- No payroll deduction **Work Location** Centro, Rio de Janeiro \- Rio de Janeiro, 20070\-022, Brazil Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$10\.000,00 \- R$14\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Internet allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
