Manage technical support for employees and customers. Manage contracts and vendor services for technology providers. Implement backup routines, security measures, and system updates. Support automation and technological innovation projects. Position based in Rio de Janeiro / RJ. Previous experience as Technology Director, IT Coordinator, Systems Manager, or IT Project Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
