The professional will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring delivery of solutions that optimize processes and accelerate the company's digital transformation. Solid experience in ERP system support and optimization projects, as well as application of agile methodologies, is essential. Responsibilities and Duties * The Project Coordinator must plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. * Lead and coordinate project planning, resources, personnel, procurement and subcontracting management, progress reporting, issue resolution, and people management. * Ensure project deliverables meet technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements. * Monitor performance and recommend changes to schedules, cost adjustments, or resource additions. * Define project scopes, develop schedules and budgets. * Size and allocate resources, align project team efforts. * Track phase progress, prepare status reports, and ensure delivery quality. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience coordinating or managing IT projects, with focus on Innovation, customization, or evolution of systems. * Proven experience in ERP-related projects; familiarity with TOTVS is a significant advantage. * Practical knowledge and certification (or equivalent experience) in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner). * Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills. Desirable Requirements * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Business, or related areas. * Project Management certifications (PMP, CAPM, or others). * Experience in automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, or Data Analytics projects.
