Job Summary: The Senior IT Supervisor will lead a team, manage information technology activities, develop software projects, and ensure system security, while engaging in IT governance and strategy. Information security and IT governance **SENIOR IT SUPERVISOR** Responsible for leading the IT team; assigning tasks, defining responsibilities, and ensuring deadlines are met; Create and improve processes based on standards, policies, and guidelines to control activities within the IT department, ensuring efficiency and user support; Responsible for managing IT department activities, including developing implementation projects, rationalizing, and redesigning processes; Execute IT projects, such as software development, system implementation, and technological innovation; Coordinate resources and implement solutions that add business value; Develop and integrate systems aligned with the company’s strategic needs, such as cost reduction, process improvement, and increased operational efficiency; Collaborate with the company’s decision-making body to develop business strategies, identifying opportunities for cutting-edge technology application; Evaluate operational technology solutions, while also engaging in IT governance and process and procedure engineering; Identify and manage incidents and problems that may arise, creating methods and tools for IT management processes; Responsible for the entire Information Security process, establishing metrics and procedures that ensure the integrity of the company’s tools and systems. **Required Education and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; Prior experience in this role; Experience managing teams; Solid knowledge of software, hardware, technical support, and information security. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Life Insurance Food Basket Dental Plan Funeral Assistance Medical Assistance Study Incentive Pharmacy Discount TotalPass Pharmacy Discount **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$5\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Food basket * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
