Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing building maintenance and facility preservation in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry areas, ensuring quality and safety. Organization and cleaning of the maintenance department ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* Ensure proper use of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE), personal hygiene, materials, and products, in accordance with established standards, instructions from immediate supervisors, and safety regulations; Perform and supervise various building maintenance and facility preservation services in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry areas, carrying out necessary repairs; Assist in and verify the proper operation of electrical and lighting systems, perform minor repairs, and report faults in installations; Carry out preventive maintenance at Contract Units, inspecting equipment conditions and performing required repairs; Organize the maintenance department by conducting general cleaning and removing unused materials to ensure optimal working environment conditions; Ensure that work quality consistently meets the standards required by ApoioEcolimp or stipulated in the contract; Assist in general services as required and requested under the contract; Perform related duties according to competencies, upon request from the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completed elementary school. DESIRABLE: Technical training in Maintenance, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, or related fields. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: 6 months. DESIRABLE: 1 year.
