Performing preventive maintenance and electrical/plumbing repairs ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, materials, and products, in accordance with standard procedures, instructions from the immediate supervisor, and safety regulations; Perform and supervise various building maintenance and facility conservation services across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry areas, carrying out necessary repairs; Assist in and verify the proper operation of electrical and lighting systems, perform minor repairs, and report faults in installations; Carry out preventive maintenance at Contract Units, inspect equipment conditions, and perform necessary repairs; Organize the maintenance department by conducting general cleaning and removing unused materials to ensure optimal working conditions; Ensure that the quality of performed work consistently meets standards required by ApoioEcolimp or stipulated in the contract; Assist in general services as required by contract demands; Perform related tasks according to competencies, upon request from the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completed elementary school. DESIRABLE: Technical certification in Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, or related fields. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: 6 months. DESIRABLE: 1 year.
