Job Summary: Assist in performing general maintenance services, ensuring quality and safety, and contributing to the fire brigade. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with plumbing and sanitary installations, minor construction works, and repairs 2. Preventive maintenance and response to corrective requests 3. Occasional participation in the fire brigade ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Assist in performing services related to plumbing and sanitary installations, minor construction works and repairs, painting, and carpentry, adhering to the preventive maintenance schedule and responding to corrective requests from the client and contract management; * Assist in transporting materials such as concrete blocks, sand, plaster, and others within the client's facilities; * Maintain constant communication with the immediate supervisor to properly resolve operational and administrative issues arising at the workplace, prioritizing service quality and agreed-upon deadlines; * Complete service orders legibly and submit them promptly for registration in the management system; * Prioritize service quality by meeting company and client requirements, applying skill, creativity, and initiative; * Always use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by safety regulations whenever necessary; * Occasionally join the fire brigade, implementing contingency actions and guiding building occupants during panic or fire emergencies; * Act proactively to prevent workplace accidents by following safety procedures and using individual and collective protective equipment whenever required; * Fulfill objectives set forth by Management, fully aligned with the company's policy; * Handle all information accessed with discretion and confidentiality; * Prevent environmental impacts resulting from environmental aspects associated with their activities; * Perform other tasks as duly instructed. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Strong communication skills * Courtesy * Proactivity / Initiative * Professional demeanor and personal presentation * Emotional balance * Organization ### **BENEFITS** Transportation Allowance (VT) \+ Food Allowance (VA/VR) \+ Dental Plan (extended to dependents) \+ Group Life Insurance \+ Good Card (pharmacy) \+ Gympass (gyms and sports) \+ Sesc/Senac and Firjan agreements \+ Discounts on courses, universities, and language schools ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
