Dynamic environment with a "hands-on" profile **Drogaria Venâncio** is seeking a **proactive, detail-oriented, and "hands-on" professional** to perform maintenance at our **Distribution Center**. The main objective of this position is to **ensure that the facility's infrastructure remains safe, functional, and in optimal working condition**, carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance. **Main Responsibilities** * **Plumbing** * Repair leaks * Replace faucets, flush valves, and traps * Unclog sinks and floor drains * **Basic Electrical Work** * Replace light bulbs, ballasts, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers * Minor repairs to lighting fixtures * **Masonry and Painting** * Minor wall repairs (plastering and skim coating) * Touch-up painting * Mounting accessories (pictures, shelves, brackets) * **Carpentry and Metalwork** * Door adjustments * Replacement of locks and hinges * Minor furniture repairs * **Preventive Maintenance** * Conduct periodic inspections to identify repair needs * Keep maintenance checklists updated * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum **2 years of experience in building or commercial maintenance** * Basic knowledge of **electrical systems, plumbing, and minor civil repairs** * Knowledge of **electrical control systems** * Organized handling of tools and materials * Ability to **prioritize tasks** and strong interpersonal skills * **Preferred Qualifications** * **NR-10 – Electrical Installation Safety** * **NR-35 – Working at Heights** * **Benefits Offered:** * On-site coffee/snack * On-site lunch/dinner * Transportation allowance (VT) * SESC membership * Total Pass * Discounts on universities and language courses **After 3 months:** * Health plan (co-payment) * Dental plan * Pharmacy discount * Basic food basket allowance (BRL 40.00/month) * Career development plan after 6 months Minimum Education: Technical Course Desired Education: * High School (Secondary Education) * Electrotechnology, Technical Course * Electroelectronics, Technical Course Driver's License: Category B * VT * On-site coffee/snack \- On-site lunch/dinner * SESC membership * Total Pass * Career development plan after 6 months * Basic food basket allowance * Pharmacy discount * Dental plan * Health plan (co-payment) * Discounts on universities and language courses
