Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Assistant to help with the manufacturing and assembly of furniture, operate tools, and ensure quality and safety in the workplace. We are looking for an experienced Carpentry Assistant to join our team. * Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of wooden furniture and components, following project specifications and technical drawings. * Operate and perform maintenance on carpentry tools and machinery, such as saws, sanders, and drills. * Perform cutting, fitting, and finishing operations on wooden parts, ensuring precision and final product quality. * Prepare and organize materials and tools required for daily tasks. * Monitor and ensure all processes comply with company quality and safety standards. * Collaborate with carpenters and other team members to resolve issues and optimize processes. * Maintain a clean and safe workplace, adhering to established safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Carpentry Assistant or in similar roles within the industry. * Solid knowledge of carpentry techniques and operation of tools and equipment. * Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Skill in performing precise cuts and fittings. * Experience following safety procedures and maintaining tools and equipment. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactivity and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. * Availability to work overtime. Base salary: R$ 1.688,00 + R$ 234.20 hazardous duty allowance Work location: São Gonçalo.
