This professional works autonomously but under supervision, contributing to hiring professionals aligned with the company's needs. * Screen received resumes to identify candidates matching the requirements of the open position. * Schedule interviews with pre\-selected candidates, ensuring process organization and punctuality. * Assist in administering psychological, technical, and group dynamic assessments, observing candidate performance. * Participate in interviews jointly with the department manager, providing relevant candidate information. * Contact candidates to provide feedback on the selection process, maintaining transparent and respectful communication. * Maintain up-to-date records and HR management systems, ensuring data accuracy. * Participate in job fairs, events, and employer branding initiatives to attract talent to the company. * Support preparation of evaluation reports and summaries on ongoing selection processes, providing data for decision-making. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and selection processes by suggesting and implementing best practices.
