Practical experience in HR and a learning-oriented environment **Psychology Intern** \- Focus on Training and Development We are looking for a Psychology intern to work with a focus on Training \& Development, supporting the upskilling and growth of our employees. If you enjoy working with people, human development, and are interested in the organizational field, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Support the organization and delivery of internal training programs. * Assist in onboarding new employees. * Contribute to identifying training needs. * Support the creation of training materials (presentations, interactive activities, content). * Monitor training and development metrics. * Provide support for organizational climate initiatives and other relevant tasks. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Psychology program, from the 8th semester onward. * Interest in HR, specifically in Training \& Development. * Interest in pursuing a career in the organizational field. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Basic knowledge of PowerPoint/Canva is a plus. **What We Offer** * A learning and development-oriented environment. * Possibility of permanent employment. * Practical HR experience. * Internship stipend: BRL 1,300.00 \+ transportation allowance and other additional benefits.
