Conducting training sessions, capacity-building activities, and public service delivery Psychology Internship Position Internship Details: * Internship Location: Rua dos Guajajaras, 1107 Schedule: Monday to Friday, either 8:00–12:00 or 13:00–17:00 (morning shift preferred). Responsibilities: * Intern selection process \- recruitment, behavioral interviews, and selection; * Support in onboarding and offboarding of public agents, psychosocial follow-ups, performance evaluations, workforce planning, training and capacity-building activities, and internal/external public service delivery. Requirements: * Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; foundational knowledge of Clinical and Organizational Psychology; currently enrolled from the 4th semester onward in an undergraduate Psychology program.
