We are looking for nursing professionals committed to clinical excellence and continuous improvement of processes. If you have experience in **Patient Safety** and **Quality Management**, this is your opportunity to join a team that values innovation, care, and results.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Plan, implement, and monitor initiatives focused on **Patient Safety** and **Clinical Quality**;
* Investigate adverse events and propose action plans;
* Develop and track performance indicators;
* Conduct internal audits and propose improvement plans;
* Develop clinical protocols and workflows aligned with best practices;
* Deliver training on quality management and safety;
* Participate in the development and updating of clinical protocols.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing with an active COREN registration.
* Experience in Patient Safety and/or Quality Management.
* Knowledge of ANVISA regulations and quality tools (PDCA, root cause analysis).
**Additional Information**
Salary: R$5\.500,00
Hazard Pay: R$303.60
