We are looking for **teachers** committed to students' effective learning and to the pedagogical proposal of Rede Decisão. The professional will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching practice, using appropriate methodologies, pedagogical data, and internal and external assessments to ensure students' academic development. This position requires a completed undergraduate degree in the relevant field, basic proficiency in digital tools, ability to analyze educational indicators, organizational skills, teamwork, and professional responsibility. Working hours will be defined according to class assignments and the unit’s schedule. **Learn more about Rede Decisão** Currently, we already have: * **\+1\.400 employees** * **‍ 650 teachers** * **11\.200 students** * **Presence in São Paulo, Campinas, and Minas Gerais.** \#JoinRedeDecisão **Responsibilities and duties** **On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:** * Planning, implementing, and evaluating classes in accordance with Rede Decisão’s pedagogical proposal. * Ensuring student learning and monitoring academic outcomes. * Designing and administering assessments aligned with institutional guidelines. * Using pedagogical data for continuous improvement of teaching practice. * Participating in training sessions, pedagogical meetings, and institutional activities. * Collaborating effectively with the school team. * Fulfilling routines, deadlines, record-keeping, and Rede Decisão’s Code of Conduct. **Requirements and qualifications** **Desired experience and knowledge** * Completed undergraduate degree in the relevant field/discipline (or equivalent additional coursework). * Prior teaching experience. * Basic knowledge of digital tools and Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets). * Proficiency in using educational technologies and digital platforms. * Availability to participate in institutional training programs (Academia Decisão). * Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. **Additional knowledge and competencies that are advantageous** * Analytical ability to assess indicators and monitor outcomes; * Postgraduate degree in the relevant field. * Experience with textbook-based systems. * Previous experience working in a school network/private school. **Additional information** **Position conditions** **Compensation:** R$ 523.73 **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 5:40 PM to 6:30 PM **Benefits:** * **Transportation allowance** * **Medical and dental assistance** (optional) * **Pet health insurance plan** (optional) * **Allya:** discounts and partnerships across various services, with payroll deduction * **Dependent scholarship:** 100% tuition and monthly fee waiver for regular courses for children or stepchildren (with legal custody) **Development and career growth:** * Career path for teachers interested in school leadership roles * Internal programs *Future Coordinators* and *Future Principals*, with annual enrollment openings.
