Job Summary: This General Services Assistant position involves comprehensive cleaning of the restaurant, restrooms, sushi areas, and general cleaning tasks to maintain an impeccable environment. Key Highlights: 1. Complete cleaning of the dining area, restrooms, and sushi areas 2. Assisting in washing kitchen utensils and customers' tableware 3. Maintaining hygiene and organization of the environment General Services Assistant Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Lunch Break: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Day off every Sunday. Responsibilities: Perform complete cleaning of the restaurant dining area; clean sushi grease traps; assist in washing kitchen containers and customers' tableware; sanitize restrooms, including restocking soap, paper towels, and other necessary items; perform weekly cleaning of the entire sushi bar area; sweep the sidewalk adjacent to and the entrance of the restaurant; properly dispose of garbage in the designated dumpster; and carry out other cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors.
