Job Summary: The Cleaning Assistant will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen and utensil organization. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for general cleaning and sanitation of the restaurant. 2. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen in accordance with hygiene standards. 3. Assisting in inventory organization and cleaning supply control. ***The Cleaning Assistant must be able to***: · Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, restrooms, floors, and other common areas of the restaurant; · Collect and sort garbage and dispose of it in appropriate locations; · Restock personal hygiene and stationery supplies in restrooms; · Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards; · Wash dishes and kitchen utensils; · Assist in inventory organization and cleaning supply control; · Report any cleaning- or maintenance-related issues to the restaurant manager.
