




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring material supply, resource availability for maintenance, and execution of tactical portfolios, while monitoring contracts and plans. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure supply of materials and resources for maintenance and improvements 2. Monitor execution of third-party contracts and maintenance plans 3. Define and prioritize service portfolios to be executed **Responsibilities:** Ensure material supply for maintenance and improvements (receipt, requirement identification, and supply control until completion); Ensure all necessary resources for all work fronts and process supplies are available onboard platforms in an optimized manner and at the right time; Ensure tactical portfolios of the process are executed according to defined priorities and deadlines; Ensure critical platform elements are correctly identified both on the platform and in the system; Adjust maintenance plans as required; Monitor execution of third-party contracts, ensuring accurate measurement item verification and applicable penalty assessments; Develop and update project schedules in systems, track and facilitate progress from demand intake through distribution and integration into the technical documentation system; Optimally define service and process portfolios to be executed onboard through appropriate prioritization; Monitor planned actions for anomaly resolution, including related indicators. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering. **Experience:** 2 (two) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services. **Technical Competencies:** Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of SAP system. Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI and Spotfire) for data processing and management report generation. Knowledge of BW system. Understanding of oil and gas production processes.
