Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring material supply, optimizing resources, controlling contracts and projects, and managing maintenance plans and anomalies. Key Highlights: 1. Manage maintenance plans and anomaly handling **Responsibilities:** Ensure material supply for maintenance and improvement activities (receipt, requirement identification, and supply control until completion); Ensure all necessary resources for all work fronts and process supplies are available onboard platforms in an optimized manner and at the right time; Ensure that Tactical Portfolios for the process are executed according to defined priorities and deadlines; Ensure that critical platform elements are correctly identified both on the platform and in the system; Implement adjustments to maintenance plans; Control third-party contract execution, ensuring accurate measurement item verification and applicable penalty assessments; Develop and update project schedules in systems, monitor and facilitate progress from demand intake through distribution and integration into the technical documentation system; Optimally define service and process portfolios to be executed onboard by applying appropriate prioritization; Monitor planned actions for anomaly handling, including associated performance indicators. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering. **Experience:** Two (2) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services. **Technical Competencies:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with SAP system. Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI and Spotfire) for data processing and management report generation. Familiarity with BW system. Knowledge of oil and gas production processes.
