Job Summary: Plan and execute technical operations, ensuring execution procedures, performance and quality analysis, as well as providing support to the project manager. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and development of operations with a focus on efficiency. 2. Detailed performance and quality analysis for continuous improvement. 3. Strategic support to project management and compliance with standards. Plan and execute technical operations according to client requirements, ensuring the issuance of execution procedures, performance and quality analysis, as well as providing active support to the project manager in applying project tools defined by the PMO, guaranteeing strategic alignment and operational excellence. Develop and implement operation plans based on client specifications, promoting efficiency and adherence to deadlines. Draft and validate execution procedures that ensure standardization and quality in performed operations. Conduct detailed performance and quality analysis of operations, identifying improvement opportunities. Provide direct support to the project manager in using and applying the project tools and methodologies defined by the PMO. Ensure compliance with technical standards and standards established by Fugro Brasil. Actively participate in planning and control meetings, contributing to the optimization of internal processes. Operation Planning and Development: * Develop and implement operation plans based on client specifications, promoting efficiency and adherence to deadlines. Draft and validate execution procedures that ensure standardization and quality in performed operations. Performance and Quality Analysis: * Conduct detailed performance and quality analysis of operations, identifying improvement opportunities. Support to Project Manager: * Provide direct support to the project manager in using and applying project tools and methodologies defined by the PMO. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and standards established by Fugro Brasil. * Participation in Planning and Control Meetings: * Actively participate in planning and control meetings, contributing to the optimization of internal processes. Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Technical Experience: Preferred 3 years in Operations, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Management Experience: Advantageous experience in Projects, Operations, or related fields. Professional License (Active CREA, certification and title for the position): Preferred postgraduate degree in Project Management. Languages & Proficiency: English preferred.
