Conflict mediation and prevention **Job Description:** ---------------------- Conduct negotiations with affected families, providing individualized support to present compensation and social compensation options, updating socioeconomic registration records, and formalizing assistance plans. Perform qualified listening, psychosocial support, and documentation of relevant social, land tenure, and housing information. One position is located in São Paulo — is the candidate responsible for this? Responsible for collecting, verifying, digitizing, and organizing family documentation, as well as completing and verifying legal instruments according to established templates. Conduct technical and home visits when necessary, accompany signature processes, notarial procedures, and compensation/social compensation disbursements. Engage in conflict mediation and prevention, prepare case studies for exceptional or vulnerable situations, organize family dossiers, and draft technical reports. Present the Assisted Purchase Program to eligible families and support negotiation strategies in cases of resistance to proposed terms.
