Job Summary: Provide social assistance to families affected by involuntary displacement, offering support, guidance, and follow-up throughout the relocation and adaptation process. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive follow-up of families during relocation and post-occupancy **Job Description:** ---------------------- Provide social assistance to families affected by involuntary displacement processes, conducting home visits for qualified listening, guidance, and socioeconomic, land tenure, and housing information gathering. Provide in-person assistance and reception for families at the social office/on-call desk, clarifying the displacement process, available support alternatives, indemnities, and social compensation measures. Use an information system to register, update, and manage family registration and service data, ensuring data consistency and traceability. Plan and monitor families’ relocation process in coordination with the logistics team, including scheduling, route definition, and attention to specific needs of family units (elderly, persons with disabilities, children, and domestic animals). Accompany families during relocation and in the immediate post-occupancy period, providing social support, guidance, and necessary referrals to facilitate adaptation to the new residence. Prepare, update, and organize individual and consolidated technical reports using Microsoft Office at an intermediate level, ensuring systematic information recording, organization of family dossiers, and compliance with project procedures. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Education: Bachelor’s degree, teaching certification, or technology/technologist degree with professional experience Required qualifications: Proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and registration systems; ability to interact effectively with the general public; strong communication skills; initiative. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Salary:** ------------ $3,150\.00 **Work Location:** ---------------------- BONIN ENGENHARIA E CONSULTORIA SOCIO AMBIENTAL LTDA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 08:30 to 17:30
