With a personalized approach, it aims to connect talents with the right opportunities in the job market. **Responsibilities:** Will be responsible for leading and developing the sales and project team, ensuring the store’s commercial growth and achievement of established targets. Will oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing business deals, especially high-end custom furniture proposals. Tasks related to standard Commercial Manager routines. Position based in Macaé / RJ. Previous experience as Commercial Director, Sales Coordinator, Sales Supervisor, or Business Development Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
