Job Summary:
The Production Planner integrates maintenance requirements with technical procedures and material information to create executable plans, ensuring predictability and continuous improvement in compliance with PCM (Planning and Control of Maintenance).

The Production Planner is responsible for analyzing and consolidating maintenance requirements, integrating technical procedures, operational work instructions, and material information to structure reliable and executable plans. The role interfaces with engineering, scheduling, materials, and operations teams to support priority setting, delivery scenario development, and execution tracking—ensuring predictability, backlog organization, and continuous improvement of the planning process, aligned with PCM best practices and asset management system requirements.
* Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Willingness to work on-site in Macaé, RJ.
* Prior experience in planning roles;
* Intermediate English proficiency;
* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency;
Power BI and MS Project knowledge is a plus.

* Responsible for analyzing and consolidating maintenance requirements by integrating technical procedures, operational work instructions, and material information to structure reliable and executable plans;
* Interface with engineering, scheduling, materials, workshop, and internal customers to support priority setting, delivery scenario development, and execution tracking—ensuring predictability, backlog organization, and continuous improvement of the planning process, aligned with PCM best practices and asset management system requirements.
* Analyze and qualify maintenance requirements, verifying scope, criticality, priority, and operational impact prior to consolidation into the plan.
* Interpret maintenance procedures defined by Maintenance Engineering, ensuring technical requirements are accurately reflected in the plan.
* Evaluate maintenance work instructions developed by Manufacturing Engineering, validating operational sequence, standard times, and required resources per PCM (Planning and Control of Maintenance) practices.
* Systematically create, update, and track Work Orders generated from maintenance requirements, ensuring start and completion within plan timelines, and addressing pending service and/or material requests (with support from the Materials Analyst) specified in the Work Order instructions;
* Conduct weekly follow-ups with the procurement team to ensure contracted services meet established deadlines and comply with required technical, quality, and safety standards.
* Consolidate material, tool, and resource information, interfacing directly with the Materials Analyst to validate availability, lead times, and constraints.
* Feed technical and operational data (times, materials, resources, failures, deviations) back into the PeopleSoft (Oracle) system;
* Collaborate with the Factory Scheduler on activity sequencing and scheduling, respecting installed capacity, operational windows, and priorities.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to demand planning, aligned with departmental goals and company asset management policies.
* Develop planning and delivery scenarios, evaluating alternatives against capacity, material, or priority constraints, and presenting schedule impacts to customers and management.
* Design workflow processes and routines based on standardized procedures for the Planning Department and its interactions with internal customers;
* Manage the maintenance backlog, ensuring technical prioritization based on criticality, risk, asset impact, and contractual commitments. Develop strategies for data and information collection and sharing.
