Job Summary: This role supports the procurement process, from strategic planning and contract preparation to monitoring supplier performance and managing corporate systems. Key Highlights: 1. Join a company that loves transforming through technology and embraces diversity in all its forms! **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the development and monitoring of the procurement plan; Support the definition of procurement strategies; Assist in preparing documents for procurement processes; Monitor and track contracts and supplier performance; Extract and analyze data from corporate systems related to active contracts; Support the tracking of addendum processes and new procurements; Update and maintain management systems (e.g., PPM and CROSS); Develop and review procurement plans based on departmental demands; Identify contracts due for renewal, extension, or re-tendering; Map relevant demands from business areas; Classify demands (planned, emergency, and unscheduled); Support execution of future demand studies; Monitor the strategic procurement plan, including participation in critical analysis meetings with internal stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Law, Engineering, or related fields; Active professional registration (CRA, CRC, CREA); Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Knowledge of public procurement legislation and procedures (Law No. 8,666/93, Decree No. 2,745/98, and Law No. 13,303/16); Hybrid work model in Macaé/RJ **Additional Information** **Desirable:** Prior experience in contract or procurement analysis; Experience with project and contract management systems; Knowledge of strategic planning and demand management.
