You’ll be part of a company that prioritizes quality, integrity, collaboration, and customer care, with the resources, training, and incentives to ensure your success every step of the way. **Job Objective:** Responsible for executing planning, monitoring, and control processes for field services. * Develop preventive maintenance procedures and plans. * Plan execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities in accordance with ERP maintenance plans and customer-contracted services. * Ensure all resources required for service execution are available, including procurement of materials and specialized/auxiliary tools, guaranteeing necessary execution support and assistance for activity completion. * Develop and deliver consolidated management reports containing monthly service monitoring data, comparative indices of services registered per contract-requesting management unit, and comparative analysis between planned and actual performance. * Monitor and manage departmental performance indicators and contract-specific KPIs. Perform service execution and acceptance follow-up, report sign-offs, invoice issuance, and payment authorizations. * Control contract costs by comparing budgeted versus actual expenditures, reporting discrepancies to the area supervisor. * Develop continuous improvement projects by identifying beneficial changes to the maintenance planning process. * Deliver daily work assignments to technicians, pre-balanced against available HH (Man-Hour) capacity. * Create platform administration programs and work permits (PT) for onboard service execution (in offshore service cases). * Consolidate individual maintenance service schedules and conduct weekly validation of registered maintenance services following preliminary analysis. * Track and record maintenance activities and service execution requirements. * Issue daily maintenance schedules **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Desirable: Training courses in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent knowledge based on experience and certified by the Area Supervisor. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and execution of contracts and/or services Courses and Certifications * Advanced computer skills, ERP, Excel, MS\-Project, and Office suite. * Desirable: Intermediate Power BI knowledge. * Desirable: Intermediate English proficiency. **Skills:** * Strong communication ability, clarity, and assertiveness (frequent customer interaction). Hazard pay allowance applies to this position.
