Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing instructions, interpreting blueprints, coordinating teams, and supervising construction execution to ensure quality control and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team coordination and work execution monitoring 2. Inventory control and work quality supervision 3. Site and equipment safety inspection 1. Analyze and discuss with supervisors the technical instructions for the project to be developed. 2. Interpret blueprints, charts, and scales. 3. Guide and monitor the team in executing tasks according to the schedule. 4. Coordinate the installation and use of equipment and structural components at construction sites. 5. Participate in construction site setup, including site demarcation per the project specifications. 6. Supervise inventory control of materials, equipment, tools, and instruments required for task completion. 7. Monitor the quality and quantity of completed work. 8. Control waste and material wastage. 9. Inspect site and equipment safety. 10. Perform tasks relevant to the area of responsibility using computers and related software. 11. Carry out other tasks necessary for departmental operations inherent to this position.
