Work Schedule * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Friday:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Main Responsibilities * Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. * Develop schedules and monitor service execution. * Control and update budgets. * Support cost management within the department. * Conduct and monitor budget estimates with suppliers. * Prepare technical maintenance budgets and analyze service and material costs. * Prepare technical and managerial reports. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes. Requirements * Experience as a Maintenance Planner or in related fields. * **Proficiency and experience with AutoCAD.** * **Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project for schedule development and monitoring.** * Strong communication skills and negotiation ability.
