Client service and analysis of legal documents **SENIOR LEGAL ANALYST** *Tax Firm, São Sebastião neighborhood – near LS Guarato* **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM – 44 hours per week **Remuneration** * for ***Senior*** R$ 3.600,00 * for ***Senior*** R$ 4.150,00 * for ***Supervision*** R$ 5.650,00 * ➕Transportation Allowance (in $) ➕ Gym Membership ➕ Birthday Day Off ➕ Formal Employment Registration. **Responsibilities** * Rigorous management and control of judicial deadlines, with continuous monitoring of procedural movements; * Drafting of procedural documents, legal submissions, and petitions in general; * Electronic filing in court and administrative agency systems; * Client and partner service, providing technical clarifications, procedural guidance, and legal support according to presented demands; * Filling out, organizing, and updating internal control spreadsheets, ensuring traceability of information and tracking of tasks; * Analysis of legal and administrative documents, verifying compliance, relevance, and impact on ongoing processes and procedures; * Preparation of legal opinions and technical notes, including well-founded analysis of legislation, case law, and the specific case.
