We make things happen — always with great courage, boldness, and enthusiasm to exceed results. **Learn more about this opportunity!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and analyze production indicators to ensure their fulfillment and propose improvement processes * Serve as the focal point for the Integrated Management System in the Production area, aiming to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws through document management and updates, training, etc. * Support internal and external audits conducted by certification bodies by providing required documentation and assisting throughout the entire process * Manage and report on necessary trainings — especially legal and mandatory ones — including system updates and monitoring of training execution among production-area employees * Update internal procedures according to third-party manuals and Ourofino Agrociência procedures * Support coordination/management in managing and resolving process non-conformities * Provide traceability documentation for processes during customer audits **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Experience in administrative roles focused on industrial processes * Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices / Kaizen / 5S / SPC / PDCA * SAP experience * SE\-SUITE experience **Additional Information** Your journey at Ourofino Agro starts now!
