Join our family! **Job Summary** This professional will be responsible for monitoring potato planting planning, conducting regular field visits for yield estimation, collecting field samples for quality assessment, harvest planning, monitoring factory delivery quality, and sending weekly reports to growers. **Key Responsibilities** * Updating field data: planting date, harvest date, harvest capacity, and quality delivered to the factory; * Regular pre- and post-planting visits: at 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days (or longer depending on variety cycle); * Collecting field samples at 100 days to estimate harvest date, yield, and quality; * Sending weekly Delivery Reports to rural growers; * Action plans for quality and quantity deviation processes; * Monitoring Good Agricultural Practices: field record sheets, implementation of Regenerative Agriculture principles, and field ESG objectives. **Mandatory Requirements** Education: Agricultural Engineering / Agronomy Field monitoring experience: quality and yield estimation Experience in relationship management with growers and agricultural supply chains Knowledge of Sustainable Good Agricultural Practices **Preferred Requirements** Knowledge of HF (Fruits & Vegetables), especially potatoes; Intermediate English; Experience with SAP or other field management systems; Knowledge of Negotiation and Supply Management. *McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
