Job Summary: Professional to work on construction planning and control, developing schedules and monitoring on-site execution. Key Highlights: 1. Working on construction projects with availability for national travel 2. Developing and managing schedules in MS Project 3. Monitoring and reporting corrective actions on-site **ON-SITE WORK \- NATIONAL TRAVEL AVAILABILITY REQUIRED** Develop, update, and manage construction schedules in MS Project, ensuring adherence to contractual deadlines and targets; Monitor on-site activity execution, identifying schedule deviations, productivity issues, and construction sequence discrepancies; Propose, monitor, and report corrective actions to site teams and management; Prepare construction progress reports, including physical progress, S-curves, performance indicators, contractual milestones, and completion forecasts; Consolidate field data for managerial reporting to support decision-making; Support planning and control of logistics for materials, equipment, and services; Collaborate integrally with engineering, production, procurement, and contract management teams; Identify schedule risks and support the definition of strategies to mitigate delays. **Qualifications** · Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or nearing completion); · Experience in construction planning or related activities; · Practical knowledge of MS Project and Advanced Excel; · Power BI experience is desirable; **Advantages** · Field experience on industrial construction sites; · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; · Experience in material planning and/or maintenance shutdown planning; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$4\.500,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Education allowance * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance
