




Job Summary: Professional to work in construction planning and control, focusing on scheduling, field execution monitoring, and managerial reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Integration with engineering, production, and procurement teams. **FIELD WORK \- NATIONAL TRAVEL AVAILABILITY REQUIRED** Develop, update, and control construction schedules in MS Project, ensuring adherence to contractual deadlines and targets; Monitor field activity execution, identifying schedule deviations, productivity issues, and construction sequence inconsistencies; Propose, monitor, and report corrective actions to site teams and management; Prepare construction progress reports, including physical progress, S-curves, performance indicators, contractual milestones, and completion forecasts; Consolidate field information for managerial reporting, supporting decision-making; Support planning and control of material, equipment, and service logistics; Collaborate integrally with engineering, production, procurement, and contract management teams; Identify schedule risks and support defining mitigation strategies for delays. **Qualifications** · Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or nearing completion); · Experience in construction planning or related activities; · Practical knowledge of MS Project and Advanced Excel; · Power BI experience is desirable; **Advantages** · Experience in industrial construction sites; · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; · Experience in material planning and/or maintenance shutdowns; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Education allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance
