The PCP (Production Planning and Control) Analyst is responsible for planning and controlling the company's production activities, ensuring process efficiency and optimization. This professional works strategically, analyzing demand, available resources, and deadlines to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and update the master production plan, considering market demand and the company's production capacity.
* Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies, ensuring adequate supply for production.
* Schedule production according to established demands and priorities, aiming to optimize resources.
* Analyze production performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions.
* Participate in meetings with the production team and other company departments to align strategies and goals.
* Monitor the production process, verifying adherence to deadlines and product quality.
* Identify potential production bottlenecks and propose solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Assist in preparing managerial reports on production performance, presenting analyses and recommendations.
* Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve PCP processes.
* Support the implementation of computerized production management systems to enable automation and process integration.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in production control.
* Experience in agribusiness (preferred).
