Metrics analysis and budget management **Responsibilities** Supervise the daily activities of the marketing team. Manage the schedule of advertising, promotional, and institutional campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign and initiative performance metrics (KPIs). Coordinate digital marketing activities (social media, email marketing, SEO, paid media, etc.). Supervise the creation of graphic materials, content, and communication assets. Serve as the interface with vendors (agencies, printing houses, media outlets, etc.). Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Manage the department’s budget, tracking costs and investments. Ensure all communications align with the brand’s identity and positioning. Prepare performance reports and present results to management or the executive board. Profile and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, Business Administration, or related fields. Prior experience in marketing management roles. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics.
