




Job Summary: The Accounting Assistant will support accounting department activities by performing journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses under supervision, ensuring the organization and accuracy of financial information. Contributes to accounting organization and accuracy The Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting accounting department activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, account analyses, and other routine tasks within the department. This professional works under supervision, contributing to the organization and accuracy of the company's accounting information. Monthly issuance of corporate certificates to public agencies and tracking of their expiration dates; * Responsible for monitoring the expiration dates of corporate and partner digital certificates; * Verify the DDA (Direct Debit Authorization) provided by the finance department together with the procurement department, issuing invoices for items not found when necessary; * Perform accounting reconciliation of miscellaneous journal entries; * Assist the Accounting Coordinator in organizing documents requested by external auditors
