Organization and participation in corporate trade fairs and events Marketing Analyst \- Uberlândia \- MG RESPONSIBILITIES \* Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with Reptec's strategic objectives; \* Identify market opportunities and trends within served segments; \* Plan and execute new product launch campaigns; \* Develop promotional materials and advertising assets, including catalogs, flyers, and digital content; \* Support the TH department in developing strategies, communications, and event giveaways for internal events; \* Manage Reptec's social media accounts and website, focusing on branding, lead generation, and engagement; \* Monitor digital metrics—such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement—to optimize strategies; \* Organize Reptec's participation in industry trade fairs, ensuring visibility and networking; \* Administer internal and external events targeting customers, partners, and suppliers; \* Serve as the direct liaison with the advertising agency for creative development; establish partnerships with advertising material and campaign suppliers. REQUIREMENTS \* Proven experience in planning and executing integrated campaigns (online and offline); \* Experience managing marketing teams and vendors, including advertising agencies, designers, and content producers; \* Knowledge of and participation in corporate events and trade fairs; \* Creativity to propose innovative solutions and develop high-impact strategies; \* Proficiency in design and graphic editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
