In 2023, we promoted 413 individuals who advanced from current roles such as doorman, cleaning assistant, and others to positions including security guard, supervisor, team leader, etc. G4S operates a corporate university offering over 100 courses across various fields, enabling each employee to undertake training and advance their career. **\*RESPONSIBILITIES\*** Guard the workplace premises to prevent, control, and combat offenses such as illegal possession of firearms and ammunition and other irregularities; ensure the safety of people and assets, and compliance with laws and regulations; receive and control the movement of people in both freely accessible and restricted areas; inspect people, cargo, and assets; escort people and goods; control objects and cargo; communicate via radio or telephone; and provide information to the public and relevant authorities. **\*ABOUT THIS POSITION\*** **Salary**: BRL 10.89 per hour (pro-rated based on hours worked per the collective bargaining agreement) + 30% hazard allowance + pro-rated vacation pay + pro-rated vacation bonus + pro-rated weekly rest allowance + pro-rated 13th salary **Benefits**: Reimbursed meal voucher + reimbursed transportation + pro-rated food basket based on hours worked **Work Schedule**: 12-hour shifts followed by 36 hours off; availability required for both day and night shifts **\*REQUIREMENTS\*** * Valid security guard certification (with at least one year remaining until refresher training is due) * Full availability regarding working hours * Completed elementary education * Residence in Patos de Minas Minimum Educational Requirement: Elementary Education (1st level)
