We are looking for professionals who proactively manage contract updates and assist in company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution processes; issue certificates; ensure tax and registration compliance with public agencies; and prepare corporate bylaws, powers of attorney, and legal documents. **Requirements:** \- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Prior knowledge of individual income tax accounting, corporate accounting, and succession accounting is desirable. \- Proficiency in spreadsheets and MS Office Employment type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position **Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor legalization routines; * Assist in drafting and reviewing documents; * Obtain permits, licenses, and registrations required for company operations; * Organize and maintain accounting document archives; * Attend to and advise clients on legalization procedures and required documentation; * Interact with public agencies and authorities; * Assist in preparing documents and information for labor-related proceedings; * Assist in responding to notifications and infringement reports; * Execute and monitor legalization routines; * Conduct company incorporation, amendment, and cancellation; * Request and renew various permits; * Obtain and renew various licenses. * Issue various certificates; * Ensure tax and registration compliance with public agencies Employment type: Full-time Compensation: R$1\.707,32 \- R$1\.991,98 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
