Receive corporate clients, suppliers, and visitors. Update internal administrative control spreadsheets and systems. Assist in contract management, document expiration tracking, and physical/digital file organization. Provide administrative support to commercial, operational, and financial departments as needed. Perform tasks typical of an Administrative Assistant role. On-site work in Contagem / MG. Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Operations Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Secretary may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
