Job Summary: A logistics professional responsible for serving internal and external customers, coordinating transportation, monitoring operations, and managing resources to ensure cargo safety and operational efficiency. Security and efficiency verification in logistics Reports to the Logistics Supervisor. Serves internal and external customers. Controls, schedules, and coordinates general transportation operations; monitors loading, transshipment, and unloading operations. Verifies safety conditions of transportation means and equipment used, as well as the cargo itself. Supervises cargo storage and transportation, and monitors operational efficiency of equipment and vehicles. Manages resources and supplies, prepares documentation required for cargo clearance. Researches transportation service pricing, identifies and plans routes, and communicates transportation and cargo status. * In-person and telephone customer service; * Prepares quotations, estimates, cost-benefit analyses, issues reports, and provides feedback to customers and supervisors; * Generates Route Checklists, Reports, Pickup Orders, Scheduling and Rescheduling documents. Maintains historical records, performs necessary write-offs, and provides feedback to customers and supervisors; * Issues, validates, sends, and verifies Delivery Notes, Fiscal Invoices, and Electronic Freight Bills (CTE) related to scheduled and booked deliveries and pickups; * Performs, reschedules, and writes off pickups; * Validates documents and incident reports; * Handles customer complaints by memorizing or recording their content for escalation to supervisors; Assists supervisors with other duties and tasks relevant to the position Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM — Monday to Friday Salary and Benefits: * Salary: R$ 1.686,80 * Meal Allowance (V.A): R$ 30.00 per working day * Transportation Allowance (V.T.) / Mobility Assistance * Health and Dental Insurance (after probation period) * Basic Food Basket Assistance (after probation period) * Profit Sharing Program (PLR)
