Job Summary: A Product Analyst in Financial Engineering supports budget control, participates in technical studies, prepares managerial reports, and interacts with various internal and external departments. Preparation of managerial reports with KPIs and action plans **We are hiring: Product Analyst – Financial Engineering (Contagem/MG)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the **area’s budget control** and monitor planned vs. actual costs; * Participate in **technical studies** regarding the introduction of new products or modifications to existing ones; * Create and present **managerial reports** with KPIs and action plans to improve processes; * Organize information in **spreadsheets, SharePoint, and internal systems**; * Interact with internal departments such as **Product Engineering, Finance, and Procurement**, as well as suppliers and service providers; * Ensure achievement of **project KPIs**; * Attend meetings (including in English) and collaborate proactively with global teams. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields); * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)**; * **Intermediate English** (required for meetings and reporting); * Knowledge of **programming** (preferred). **Job Details:** * Location: Contagem/MG * Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) * Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM * Salary Range: R$ 4.500,00 to R$ 6.000,00 * Contract Type: Fixed-term contract * Hiring Purpose: Headcount expansion Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4.000,00 – R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
