Preparation of technical reports on installed systems. * **Job Description:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems, including chillers, fancoils, air handling units (AHUs), split systems, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, and self-contained units; diagnose and correct mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in equipment; replace and repair components such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, valves, and filters; charge and recover refrigerant gases in compliance with environmental regulations; clean coils, condensate pans, and filters to ensure air quality; monitor and adjust pressures, temperatures, and airflow to optimize system efficiency; perform occasional installations of air conditioning equipment as required by service needs; prepare technical reports on system conditions and services performed. * **Requirements:** Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of central and individual air conditioning systems; knowledge of chillers, fancoils, AHUs, split systems, VRF systems, and self-contained units; ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams; familiarity with automation and control applied to refrigeration systems; knowledge of best practices for handling refrigerants; technical education in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related fields.
